Certified ScrumMaster

Kursusdetaljer:

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) kurset er en lærerig oplevelse som forløber over to dage. Her får deltagerne det fulde indblik i de agile principper samt de koncepter og praksis som definerer rammesystemet for Scrum.

Kurset præsenteres i et yderst interaktiv og samarbejdsorienteret format, hvor elementer af indlæg, klassediskussion, øvelser, spil, simuleringer og video er sammenflettet gennem hele forløbet.

Ved afslutningen af kurset, vil deltagerne være berettiget til at tage en Certified ScrumMaster evaluering og blive certificeret ScrumMasters.

Product Owner

Kursusdetaljer:

På dette to-dages kursus lægges der vægt på forståelsen for, hvor vigtig en nøglefaktor Product Owner-rollen er for en succesfuld agil transformation. Kurset vil ikke blot give dig en dyb forståelse for Product Owner-rollen, du vil også lære de nødvendige praksis, som vil hjælpe dig med at lykkes som Product Owner. Vi vil også forklare dig, hvordan bestemte agile eller Scrum roller bedst etableres i enterprise-miljøer.

Kurset er en interaktiv workshop fyldt med massere af øvelser, hvis mål er at demonstrere forskellen mellem traditionelle og agile tilgange til produktmanagement og softwareudvikling. Med udgangspunkt i eksempler fra den virkelige verden, vil vi også diskutere organisatoriske udfordringer, så som at håndtere store teams eller flere teams, release-planlægning og den rette tilgang til måling af fremdrift. Vigtigst af alt vil vi besvare dine specifikke spørgsmål vedrørende din individuelle situation og organisation.

  • Product Owner’ens pligter og ansvarsområder
  • Product Owner’ens samarbejde med andre Scrum-roller og interessenter (som f.eks. kunder, brugere, salg, marketing og ledelse)

Certified Agile Leadership

The Certified Agile Leadership (CAL) is the Scrum Alliance educational program for people like you. It aims at providing you the best possible frameworks and tools in order to foster an agile culture for high performance in your organization. It will help you and your company to BE agile in stead of just DO Scrum.

The Certified Agile Leadership has been developed by coaches who are affiliated with Scrum Alliance as a two-level certification program. It has learning objectives in five areas, which are: The Context for Agile, Agile Overview, Leadership in an Agile Context, The Agile Organization and Agile Approaches to Change.

Only the Scrum Trainers with the highest expertise can be approved to deliver the CAL program. The requirements for this are combinations of being a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST), a Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC), having a certification or
accreditation in a recognized leadership development program, as well as having proved leadership development skills.

At agile42 we are among the firsts who have been approved to deliver the CAL program. We have taken the framework of the program, mixed it with our unique concept for accelerated learning, our years of experience in delivering leadership trainings and developed a sustainable program.

The structure of the program is a mixture of participant preparation, a two-day workshop (the CAL1 course) and a post training program. The latter part include peer discussion groups, coaching and personal development plan to grow into an agile leader. The post training program has two objectives: first of all to help you on your ongoing journey as leader, and secondly to sketch out a possible path for you towards the CAL 2 credential level.

The agenda of our CAL1 course is the following:

INDIVIDUAL PREPERATIONS
The purpose of this preparation is to provide you a path for the Agile Overview learning objective. You must expect three to four hours of preparation for the training. We will provided you some homework in preparation of the workshop, by means of an invitation letter containing 3 different assignments.

We will invite you to learn about the practice of the Gemba Walk and we will explain you the concept of Leadership in an Agile Context which encourages you as a leader to be present, aware, and engaged. We expect you to share you preparation work and results with the other workshop participants

COURSE OVERVIEW

The course will be covering the predefined learning objectives by means of multiple self-contained training modules. All of the learning objectives will be covered by multiple modules, rather than one by one. Through the whole training, the trainer will make use of a specific Case Study that will be used to present examples, reflections and exercises. For the training you will be provided with a little empty booklet for taking notes about your own journey. This will be used in journaling activities and self-reflections

Advanced Team Coaching

The Advanced Agile Team Coaching Course is for ScrumMasters, Team Coaches and others who wants to take their skills, knowledge and abilities for coaching and facilitating teams to a professional level beyond the basics. (This training is part of the agile42 Coach the Coach Program and the Team Coaching Framework).

In this course you will learn about team theories. You will be introduced to a variety of tools, which you will have the chance to practice, learn coaching approaches and use them the way professional coaches do. You will also learn how to set up a team coaching structure that helps you and your teams achieve the goals you set.

The course is held over a time period of six to eight weeks, accommodating the other activities in the company. It consists of five scheduled class days plus two times one-on-one coaching conversations and activities in learning groups. The 5-day-course includes three days of training (day 1, 2 and 4) and two workshop days (day 3 and 5).

Underviser

Bent Myllerup er agile coach ved agile42. Han er Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) og blev i 2008, som den første europæer, Certified Scrum Coach (CSC). Han er fortsat den eneste dansker på dette høje niveau, som på verdensplan omfatter blot 30 personer. Derudover er Bent uddannet systemisk coach og holder en Project Management Professional (PMP) certificering.

Bent har anvendt agile metoder i forbindelse med udvikling af software, hardware og mekanik siden 2006 og blogger jævnligt om sine erfaringer og tilgange på Computerworld’s danske Scrum-blog og agile42’s internationale site. Hans tilgang til agil projektledelse og agile metoder er praktisk og ikke-dogmatisk, hvilket virksomheder i Danmark, Europa, Nordamerika og Mellemøsten har nydt godt af de senere år.

Bent er involveret i agile communities i flere lande og er kendt som en engageret og inspirererende taler og facilitator ved konferencer på verdensplan.
