Introduction and responsibility

mpeople A/S is responsible for protecting the information you provide to us and is responsible for protecting your information in accordance with applicable law. Please note that this policy will hereafter refer to mpeople, which is the applicable secondary name.

It is important to us that you feel safe with mpeople. We therefore explain, in easy-to-understand language and with a thorough review, what information mpeople collects and why, as well as what mpeople is entitled to do with your information. At mpeople, we strive to ensure that your information is protected as well as possible when you use our services. We are aware that this is an important part of our business, and we therefore take it very seriously.

Who has access to your information?
Your personal data is strictly confidential within mpeople in order to provide the best possible service. Your personal data may be passed on to third parties who are reasonably and necessarily deemed to need to use your data in order to ensure the best possible processing

We only pass on your personal data to others if legislation, contractual relationships or requirements for entering into a contract permit or require it.

What information is collected and processed?

Remember, however, that your use of mpeople is voluntary. If you choose to have information deleted at mpeople, we do not guarantee that we can continue to provide the same service.

If personal data is based on consent, it can best be withdrawn by contacting us directly at the email provided.

Complaints

What you need to do to assert your rights is to contact us. You do this best by writing to our responsible person via email at gdpr@mpeople.dk.

In addition to the option of contacting mpeople directly via the above email address, you are also entitled to address any complaints to the national supervisory authority: Datatilsynet (the Danish Data Protection Agency), Borgergade 28, 5., 1300 København K.

Period for storing information

The information is stored for the period permitted by law, and we delete it when it is no longer necessary. All reasonable steps are taken to ensure that information that is inaccurate for the purpose for which it is processed is deleted or corrected without delay.

mpeople therefore ensures that information is not stored for longer than necessary. Internal deadlines have therefore been introduced for the deletion or periodic review of collected data, which depend on the nature and background of the information. We do all this to ensure compliance with applicable law.

Technical requirements
To get the best experience of mpeople, we recommend that you use a recent operating system, a recent browser and have a good internet connection.

Changes
We reserve the right to update and change this policy. The latest version will be available on our site at all times. We display the date and version at the bottom of the page to make you aware of this. If changes are made to our processing of personal data, we will notify you in the form of a visible notice on our website
